On Friday, 3 October, we invite all queer young people between the ages of 16 and 25 to come and sing karaoke.

KIKI soll ein queerer Safe Space sein, um in entspannter Atmosphäre neue junge Menschen kennenlernen zu können und Freundschaften zu knüpfen. Neben dem Austausch untereinander wird auch jederzeit die Möglichkeit eines Beratungsgesprächs geboten.

Let’s have a KIKI! – Join the new queer get together by HOSI Linz for everybody from 16 to 25 years!
When? – every 1st Friday of the month, 18:00 – 21:00
Where? – at the queer bar „FortyNine”, Schillerstraße 49, 4020 Linz
The term KIKI comes from the black and Latino community and stands for a small party or gathering specifically for the exchange of chitchat. The term was popularized by the song “Let’s Have a Kiki” by the Scissor Sisters.
Besides chitchat, you can expect fun game nights, entertaining karaoke sessions, do-it-yourself activities like designing your own badges, and much more. And the best part is that you can actively help shape the KIKI program! – We welcome suggestions of any kind and are happy to arrange the program according to the wishes of the people participating.
KIKI is meant to be a queer safe space to meet new young people and make friends in a comfortable atmosphere. In addition to talking to each other, the opportunity for a consultation meeting will be offered at any time.
